Meditation skulle kunna beskrivas som en \u00f6vning i att l\u00e4ra sig att h\u00e4mta hem sig sj\u00e4lv och till sina inneboende resurser som stabilitet, friden, gl\u00e4djen, lyckan, kraftk\u00e4llan.
\nMeditation hj\u00e4lper oss att bli mera n\u00e4rvarande i nuet d\u00e4r en djupare livs\u00e5sk\u00e5dning och njutning finns tillg\u00e4nglig. I meditation kan vi \u00f6va oss p\u00e5 att acceptera och vila i det som \u00e4r, som \u00e4r en essentiell f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bem\u00e4stra f\u00f6r att vi ska m\u00e5 bra.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation hj\u00e4lper oss ocks\u00e5 att igenk\u00e4nna och hitta till den stabila, stillsamma, ‘problemfria’ och mera ljuvliga platsen inom oss som \u00e4r bortom alla ‘borden’ och alla olika snedvridnas ber\u00e4ttelser om oss sj\u00e4lva. Meditation bryter oss fria fr\u00e5n de olika tankel\u00e5sningar som begr\u00e4nsar oss fr\u00e5n att uppleva avslappning, harmoni, k\u00e4rlek och gl\u00e4dje, bland mycket mer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation beskrivs vanligtvis som en tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r mental vakenhet – tr\u00e4na oss att vara i kontakt med v\u00e5ra alla sinnen f\u00f6r att kunna absorbera det magiska inneh\u00e5llsrika nuet, <\/em>helst utan krav om andra ‘b\u00e4ttre’ upplevelser (vilket \u00e4r alltid inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Som jag ser det, meditation hj\u00e4lper oss att minska avsev\u00e4rt p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt lidande som kommer fr\u00e5n \u00e4ltandet av problem,\u00a0 och n\u00e4r vi har fastnat i r\u00e4dslor, skam eller orosk\u00e4nslor. Meditation minskar de <\/span><\/span>frenetiskt aktiva tankestr\u00f6mmarna – vanet\u00e4nkandet, som tar oss ur det h\u00e4rligt njutbara nuet.<\/em><\/span>
