“Är du nyfiken om hur du kan få mera balans i ditt arbetande samt fritid?”
Är du nyfiken om hur du kan känna dig mera lustfylld och stabil på ditt arbete?”
“Är din kalender ofta full, har knappt tid till det som är viktigt för dig eller känner dig slut i slutet av arbetsdagen?”
I denna Challenge-program “Mer balans i ditt arbete och fritid” kommer vi att utforska hur du kan skapa en balans mellan ditt arbete och fritid, så att du kan känna dig mera levande under arbetet och slutet av dagen.
Hur du kan känna dig mera påfylld av energi på jobbet än dränerad av ditt arbetande. Vi utforskar då ‘hur’ du kan göra det du gör på ett sätt som känns mera hållbart i hälsa och välbefinnande för dig.
Vi utforskar hur du kan få tid och energi till aktiviteter utanför jobbet som är viktigt för dig, som berikar din känsla av mening och tacksamhet i slutet av dagen.
Vi kommer att utforska närmare dina viktiga behov och hur bemöta dessa så att du kan känna dig mera i balans helhetsmässigt.

Do you experience these ‘warning signals’ in your life regarding your work and private life:
– Everyday symptoms of negative stress, emotionally as well physically
– Fulfilled schedule more or less daily, and therefore lack of space ‘to breath’… being in harmony within (except perhaps in the weekends;)
– Lack of time to do the things you really want to do
– Lack of energy, or exhausted, in the end of the work day.
– Skipping, or repeatedly postpone your important to-do lists, or longings what to do in private life.
– Perhaps lack of interest of doing anything. Lack of passion and drive.
– You are having work-related, or stress-related, reactions like anger, disappointment, frustration, unsatisfaction and helplessness in work/private life

In this 5 days (full working week) Challenge-program we will explore your relationship with work and how that goes together with your private life, and this in a way that feels more sustainable in health, in joy and stability in your precious life.
How you can actually enjoy more of what you are doing at work!
And how to have a sustainable private life outside of the work that feels life-enriching, meaningful and alive…really.
WHAT WE WILL DO DURING THESE 5 DAYS.
– 2 times a’ 45min webinar meetings, opening and closing
– Gentle powerful daily self-inquiries
– Self-empowerment,- and clarity practises
– Gentle short Mindfulness practises
– Establishing effective planning and organizing-skills
– Daily meaningful-arising 5min journaling
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO THIS CHALLENGE-PROGRAM WHILE WORKING!
And Your efficiency/productivity wont be decreased in a way that is obvious.
Approximately time spend: 10-15min in the morning + 15min during 9 hours working (inckl lunch)+apporox 10-20min after work depending your willingness and level of effort.
AND if there arises thoughts ‘My boss will fire me coz of these 15min’, or ‘ I cant just not work ‘less’…or ‘I just CANT morally spare 15min of all 8 hours work for this practise’.
THEN MAYBE THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR YOU…

– Starts on Sunday 12/5 at 18.00 (UTC+02 time) with a 45 min opening meeting.
– Finishes on Saturday 18/5 1230 with a 45min ending harvesting meeting
– On Wednesday 15/5 We have a 45min webinar for Q/A and sharing for those who wants. Not obligatory.
PRICE AND WHERE, AND HOW:
We have the meetings online with Zoom videomeetings.
A Facebook Group is created for sharing in support and encouragement for each other.
I will also provide guidance, support and encouragement in this group, and this meanwhile when I myself also participating in this challenge-program:)
This Program will presented in English, or in Swedish depending on who are attending in that.
