Discovery Session
- $0/mo

- Discovery Session is a trial session for you to have your own experience of the profound potential my coaching has to offer you and the change it could contribute to your life.
- One 2 One session online, or a live-session at Haga in Gothenburg
- This is a 45 min session
You choose the subject you wish to explore together with me in order to gain clarity that lead you forward.
5 SESSIONS
- $0/mo

- 1 month Let’s Boost My Wellbeing Coaching Package with 5 sessions, a 60min
- One-2-One sessions online with a video call or live at my office in Gothenburg
- Inspiring and empowering challenges will be given to you between the sessions with a daily follow up for support and encouragement for the best possible end results
- Inspiring material for empowerment & transformation will be shared with you such as youtube clips, ted talks, recommendations of books and articles to read, powerful courses to do etc
- You have an opportunity to receive an Emergency Support, for 20 minutes and twice in a month, when in urgent need for support. I will be available within 2 hours (between 09-19)
10 SESSIONS

- 3 Month Deep Inner Transformation Coaching Package with 10 sessions, a 60’min
- One-2-One sessions online with a video call or live at my office in Gothenburg
- Inspiring and empowering challenges will be given to you between the sessions with a daily follow up for support and encouragement for the best possible end results
- Material for inspiration and empowerment will be shared with you such as youtube clips, ted talks, recommendations of books and articles to read, courses to do etc
- You have an opportunity to receive an Emergency Support, for 20 minutes and twice in a month, when in urgent need for support. I will be available within 2 hours (between 09-19)
- At the start, you will receive a content-rich StartUp-Folder with inspiring material such as exercises, profound tools & helpful wisdom that support you along your journey in transformation
